Prospect Logistics Pte Ltd is an aggressive local SME that renders third-party logistics services and specializes in the following 3 industries; International Relocation, E-Commerce & Contract Logistics.
Job Scope:
1) Receive job orders from customers
2) Provide customers with periodic job status updates
3) Ensure timely completion of deliveries
4) Work with customers to coordinate all operations matters
5) Work closely with local transport & warehouse departments
6) Manage delivery escalations and service KPIs
7) Manage driver delivery schedules to maximize rebates
8) Maximize the utilization of trailers and parking space
9) Utilize Portnet & CMS to get updates, book slots and verify details
10) Maintain asset register, plan and complete servicing and repairs when required.
Requirements:
1) Fluent in spoken and written English
2) Well-versed in Portnet & CMS
3) Experienced in container haulage operations
4) Able to work as a team player with minimal supervision
5) Able to render excellent customer service
6) Able to be contactable at all times
Remuneration Package:
1) Basic salary $4000 to $4500 per month
2) Company HP and HP line
3) Company laptop
4) Company life insurance coverage of $200,000 (after 12 months of service)
5) Company hospitalization and surgery insurance coverage of $25,000 (after 12 months of service)
