Job Scope:
- Responsible for planning and developing of healthcare infrastructure facilities.
- Develop and execute master-plans for project implementation
- Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, preliminary program, budget estimation and cashflow projection for workplan submissions
- Develop tender specifications and prepare tender drawings & document
- Execute, supervise, manage project to ensure that works are executed in accordance with specifications and terms and conditions
- Work with various stakeholders to mitigate risks and meet organization’s needs
Job Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in facilities and project management
- Proficient in Building Regulations, EHS and WSH requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
- Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
- Excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
