Job Description:
- Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
- Knowledge of electrical products and costing
- Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
- Submission of progress claims and site valuations
- Preparation of Variation Order for submission
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
- Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Alternate Saturdays (Work-From-Home)
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of QS experience Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
- Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
- Must be able to communicate in English Independent, resourceful, pro-active, and responsible
- Work under tight timeline
- Must be team player
