Job Description:
AlwaysHired is representing our esteemed client in the digital marketing industry in the search of a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of digital marketing services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Sales presentation to potential clients / leads, lead negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
- Preparation of digital marketing campaign proposals for clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client retention rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Facebook/Instagram, Google SEM, Xiaohongshu, content marketing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
