Job Description:
AlwaysHired is representing our esteemed client in the digital marketing industry to search for a a motivated and results-driven Project Management Lead to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the project management team to drive successful on-time completion of projects, building and nurturing client relationships, and undertaking continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities in managing project teams within the digital marketing industry, analytical in problem-solving and has excellent communication skills to manage external and internal stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the project management team, ensuring continuous growth and development.
- Assign and allocate project managers/executives to projects based on skill sets, experience, and project requirements.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Work with team members from different departments and/or platforms in-charged, e.g. Meta, Google, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, etc.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects.
- Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure the right resources are available for projects.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
- Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, customers, and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct strategy review and prepare analysis report for and/or with clients, customers, and internal teams.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Troubleshoot project issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement:
- Work with other departments e.g. Business Development Department to provide insight and inputs to help in achieving business goals.
- Contribute to the development of organizational project management strategies and long-term planning.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to project management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication.
- At least 5 Years of working experience in Digital Marketing Project Management.
- Pro-active, hardworking, good working attitude, meticulous and results oriented.
- Resourceful and problem solver.
- Candidates must be able to function in agile work environments.
- Excellent analytics skill with strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable data and presentation
- Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications tailored to different group of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively review content in the language and to communicate with various Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients
- An advantage to have, marketing / digital marketing background, website development experience, design background.
