- Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, including listing products and negotiating terms.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any discipline.
Proven experience as a retail manager or similar managerial role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 30kg (when required to help the delivery)
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers.
WIth driving licence (preferred)
Work Schedule:
Prepared to 6 days per week, with flexibility required for weekends and holidays
