Responsibilities
• Responsible for Database(MSSQL) architecture design, optimization, and maintenance of the company's core application systems, ensuring high performance, availability, and security of the database system.
• Responsible for Database(MSSQL) troubleshooting, emergency response, monitor database performanceanalyzing and resolving database performance issues, promptly and accurately identifying the root cause of problems.
• Responsible for Database(MSSQL) and Middleware(Redis/Kafka/MongoDB/MySQL) trouble shooting and optimization.
• Work closely with the development team to provide database technical support for application development.
• Designing and enforcing DBA procedures standards and rules.
• Track new technologies and development trends in the database field, research and introduce technology solutions suitable for the company.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field, with over 5 years of experience in MSSQL database development.
• Proficient in MSSQL database architecture, management, performance tuning, and security policies, with experience in designing and managing large-scale database projects preferred.
• Proficient in at least one BI product, able to proficiently integrate, clean, and analyze data.
• Familiar with non-structural databases such as MongoDB hands-on skills for performance tuning.
• Familiar with Windows and Linux scripting languages such as CMD or Shell.
• Experience in operating Alibaba Cloud database products is preferred, and experience in using AWS database products is preferred.
• Good communication skills, project promotion skills and self-learning skills.
• Have security awareness of database operation and management.
