Co-Curricular Transcript
OpenCerts module bolt-on within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and plans to integrate to a digital certificate SaaS provider to issue a new OpenCert transcript.
Enhancements:
- Implement bi-directional API integration between PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and the SaaS solution
- Enhance the PeopleSoft OpenCerts bolt-on to include the new transcript in email distribution and student self-service download
Responsibilities:
- Document requirements from workshops
- Write integration specifications
- Write functional specifications
- Develop/Work with developer and unit test enhancements
- Write test scripts
- Perform SIT
- Support UAT
- Coordinate deployment
Note. Knowledge and experience on OpenCerts and Python would be an advantage.
Migration of SAP interfaces
Client is refreshing the SAP HR and Finance systems, and all related integration with the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) which is on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would need to be reviewed and migrated accordingly.
Enhancements:
- Review and migrate/re-develop 3 inbound and 9 outbound interfaces (mainly on Student Financials)
- Develop 5 new interfaces

- Perform SIT
- Support UAT

Note. Knowledge and experience on Student Financials would be an advantage.
Automated Financial Aid Calculator
Client’s Financial Aid module is a bolt-on.
Enhancements:
- Enhance the Financial Aid application for students to have a dynamic checklist of documents to include in their submission
- Enhance the Financial Aid application for admin to be able to auto-calculate the recommended aid value
Responsibilities:
- Document requirements from workshops
- Perform fit/gap analysis on the existing Financial Aid bolt-on module
- Write/update functional specifications
- Develop/Work with developer and unit test enhancements
- Write test scripts
- Perform SIT
- Support UAT
- Coordinate deployment
