Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
- Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team regarding a patient’s care outcome
- Perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing as required.
- Ensure patients' comfort and safety
- Update patient's conditions to next of kin
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing
- Registered nurse with SNB
