My client is a global leader in the infrastructure industry.
About You:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients for projects execution.
- Work with internal customer service teams regarding order entry, technical issues & customer delivery.
- Support project deliveries including order tracking, gathering feedback, scheduling of meetings, as well as the arrangement of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) if necessary.
- Collaborate with finance & commercial team for invoicing matters, project schedules & monthly forecasts.
About the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with working experience.
- 2-3 years of working experience in customer support, contract or project management function.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suites & SAP.
- 10% of travelling is required for this role.
