Responsibilities:
- Commercial and Marketing Management:
- Oversee all commercial and marketing activities related to TEL (Transport for London) advertising operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's media presence and effectiveness.
- Media Campaign Coordination:
- Manage daily coordination, supervision, and scheduling of new and existing media campaigns.
- Ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently and meet all operational requirements.
- Liaison and Collaboration:
- Act as the main point of contact for advertisers and production houses, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely completion of production work.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless integration and operation of media campaigns.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to enquiries from SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transit) and LTA (Land Transport Authority).
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by these stakeholders.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all production work in advertising and promotion spaces complies with the Concession Agreement with LTA and the Master Licence Agreement with SMRT.
- Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to all contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team, including documentation, scheduling, and report preparation.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree or above in a relevant field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Experience in the outdoor media industry and digital signage is a definite advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, result-oriented approach, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
