Job Description:
- Daily Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily posting and operations for all advertising formats, including light boxes, digital panels, and exhibition sites.
- Ensure high standards of safety and quality are consistently achieved in all operations.
- Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Manage all maintenance and cleaning works, ensuring that resources, equipment, tools, and materials are well-prepared and maintained.
- Keep all advertising formats in a clean, tidy, safe, and healthy condition.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all staff and contractors strictly adhere to safety and security plans, method statements, and procedures during daily operations.
- Commercial and Marketing:
- Handle commercial and marketing responsibilities related to TEL (Transport for London).
- Manage daily communications with LTA (Land Transport Authority), SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transit), external vendors, and internal teams.
- Media Campaigns:
- Oversee timeline monitoring and cost control of new and existing media campaigns, including station wraps, digital formats, interactive games, O&O engagement, and AI technologies.
- Work closely with the sales team and operation team to coordinate with advertisers and production houses for the timely execution of production jobs.
- Compliance with Agreements:
- Ensure all production work in advertising and promotion spaces complies with the Concession Agreement with LTA and the Master Licence Agreement with SMRT.
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the operations industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience in the outdoor advertising industry is advantageous.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Operations Management and Quality Management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good leadership skills, detail-oriented, result-driven, and adept at problem-solving.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and on holidays if necessary.
