Wink+ is an innovative mobile application developed by SMRT to enhance the experience of commuters around Singapore MRT stations. Wink+ allows users to discover exciting food, drinks, entertainment, and activities. We are looking for a talented Digital Growth Lead to join our team.
We are seeking a motivated digital professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative digital and physical marketing channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in B2C marketing to develop and execute growth strategies for the Wink+ mobile app to enhance our commuter’s lifestyles and public transport experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead pilot programs and innovation initiatives to test and scale new ideas.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and services.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
- Oversee the content strategy and management for the Wink+ app, focusing on lifestyle and engagement.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the app’s value proposition and expand its user base.
- Collaborate closely with tech, product management, and internal stakeholders to align growth strategies with customer needs and business objectives.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Define, monitor and analyze data and metrices, providing actionable insights to achieve campaign ROI and overall growth objectives.
- Develop consumer and market insights and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to drive innovation in growth strategies.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Transportation Management or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) years of experience in B2C growth marketing, preferably within tech, transportation or related industries.
Skills
- Proven success in developing and executing B2C growth strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analysing data, market trends, user behaviour to inform decision-making.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with growth objectives.
- Experience in product marketing, digital marketing, and a focus on optimizing performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in consumer-facing strategies.
