Responsibilities:
- Construction Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain the company’s overall construction schedule, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor and update the construction schedule to reflect project progress, delays, or changes.
- Material Procurement and Scheduling:
- Develop, maintain, and track the company’s overall material procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Address any delays or issues related to material procurement and delivery.
- Cash Flow Projections:
- Develop, maintain, and track the company’s overall project and combined cash flow projections.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of cash flow requirements for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
Requirements:
- Skills:
- Forecasting: Ability to predict future project and procurement needs based on current data and trends.
- Construction Planning: Experience in developing and managing construction schedules.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Skills in managing material procurement processes and inventory.
- Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain processes, including vendor management and logistics.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with various departments.
- Materials Management: Expertise in managing materials, including procurement, storage, and delivery.
- Scheduling: Proficiency in scheduling tools and techniques to manage project timelines and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in construction scheduling, procurement, and project management.
- Proven track record in maintaining and tracking project schedules and cash flow projections.
- Education:
- Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
