- Assist PM in project planning & execution.
- Handle technical matters such as preparing method statements, construction program, shop drawing, & other submissions related to project.
- Liaises with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge in CAD
- Class 3 driving license
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with road work construction field
- Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
- Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.
- Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification , resources management and procurement arrangement .
- To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.
- Include attending all progress meeting.
- Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
- Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements.
- Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
