3D Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration and Conceptualisation:
  • Work closely with the creative team, sales, and project managers/owners to conceptualize and design engaging and impactful experiences.
  • Lead the design process from ideation through to execution, translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling and functional 3D designs.
• Design Execution:
  • Create detailed 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts and narratives.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of design principles, spatial layouts, and user experiences to craft immersive environments that resonate with target audiences.
• Industry Awareness and Innovation:
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D design, ensuring the delivery of innovative and cutting-edge solutions.
• Client Interaction and Refinement:
  • Participate in client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, technical advisers, and draftsmen to ensure the seamless integration of design elements across projects.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  • Diploma or degree in 3D Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional spatial and exhibition design projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from concept to completion with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality, timely delivery.
• Design Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of design principles, spatial layouts, user flow, and human-centered design methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Project Management:
  • Adeptness at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changing project requirements.
• Current Trends:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in spatial and exhibition design.
