Job duties:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, as well as manage the bookings for meeting rooms.
- Assist the Managing Director in her administrative duties and errands.
- Respond to public enquiries and feedback.
- Provide word-processing support to different department on an ad-hoc basis.
- Prepare weekly report
- Prepare and update Awards of Works and Maintenance Work Requisitions
- Replenish all office items
- Update car park collections into BIOS system
- Assist in the organization of special events
- Collection and circulation of incoming mails, emails and faxes to relevant parties.
- Filing and referencing record for all departments
- Maintenance and records of all office keys
- Maintain and update Tenants/Contractors data base
- Update annual leave and MC record for circulation to colleagues on first day of the month
- Any other duties as may be directed by the company from time to time
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ‘O’/’A’ level
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone skills
