Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Team and Project Management:
- Assist the Creative Director in overseeing the team and managing design projects.
- Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional teams to ensure all project needs are addressed promptly.
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, production teams, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Status Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for design projects, including design briefs, specifications, and project reports.
- Design Coordination:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure effective coordination of design activities.
- Balance creativity with practical considerations and project constraints to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of management experience in commercial spatial design or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.
- Understanding of creative processes and terminology, with the ability to balance creativity with practical constraints.
