Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, and maintenance
- Drive continuous improvement by focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement operational strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies, Lean manufacturing and automation
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage operations for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems
