Responsibilities:
- To assist the Senior Associate and Branch Manager in ensuring smooth flow of daily operations in branch
- Perform the role of Chief Cashier
- Handle over-the-counter transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals/ Loan Receipting
- Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Perform Teller’s duties when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in the Banking and Finance industry will be an advantage
- Team player with good service aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellent service with customer-first mindset
- Meticulous and with an “eye” for details
- Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
- Candidates must be open to a 5.5 day work week arrangement whereby working on Saturdays will be on a rotational basis.
- Candidates must be open to working at Jurong Branch.
*Corporate title and remuneration will commensurate with experience
