Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems, including MVAC, electrical, lifts, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems, for building projects across various sectors such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, and institutional.
- Perform design tasks, attend consultants' meetings, and oversee the M&E aspects of construction activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with around 5 years of experience, or a Diploma with approximately 8 years of relevant design and implementation experience.
- Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Consulting experience in the construction industry is essential
