Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage mechanical and electrical engineering systems (including MVAC, electrical, lifts, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary) for various building projects, such as residential, office, commercial, hospital, and institutional sectors.
- Perform design work, attend consultants' meetings, and oversee the M&E aspects of construction activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with approximately 5 years of experience, or a Diploma with around 8 years of relevant design and implementation experience.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior consulting experience in the construction industry is essential.
