Responsibilities:
- The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for measuring and drafting tender documentation. He/She prepares for tenders, analyzes tender returns, and generates cost estimates based on technical specifications.
- Handles complete cost management and contract administration for the project, including preparing claims and final account settlements.
- Communicates effectively with various stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports, and possesses strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- This role typically involves working in both the office and on project sites.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree in Quantity Survey discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Singapore Construction Industry, high rise commercial building / mixed development project is preferred
