Responsibilities:
- Communicate and work closely with lawyers and speakers to make logistical arrangements for in-house and external events and ensure smooth delivery of high quality training and client events
- Handle general enquiries and registration for events details
- Manage pre and post-event publicity, including write-ups, digital content materials, publications and other administrative tasks
- Collaborate with universities and external partners to conduct joint projects and events
- Familiar with the training schemes and incentives available for lawyers and staff, including SILE CPD Requirements and WSQ/WDA schemes
- General administrative support for the department’s work
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Mass Communication or equivalent
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Meticulous and organised
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer skills
- Willingness to learn
