Job Responsibilities
- Perform assigned operation/maintenance/work orders in hotels.
- Perform planning and overseeing of corrective and preventive maintenance on building Architecture/Structural and M&E aspects.
- Manage and supervise contractors A&A/Renovation/Enhancement projects.
- To source and implement innovation to improve work productivity and efficiency.
- Possess excellent planning, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical/Architecture/Project. Management or Building Certificate from a recognized training institute.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality operation & maintenance, property and/or plant facility management.
- Strong technical background and service quality mindset.
- Basic computer literate and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Must be willing to work on rostered rotating shift or normal office hour including weekend & PH.
