ABOUT THE ROLE
Unravel Carbon is seeking a Content Lead to craft compelling, high-quality content tailored to sustainability professionals. The perfect candidate will have a background in B2B content writing, a passion for sustainability, and experience optimizing content for various channels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Unravel Carbon's objectives.
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various formats, including articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Conduct thorough research to understand Unravel Carbon's audience and find content-market fit.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
- Manage and grow Unravel Carbon's newsletter and presence on social media channels.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and sustainability issues to inform content creation.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a content writer for B2B brands.
- Knowledge SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Experience managing social media channels and creating content for various platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Prior experience in a sustainability role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Effective stakeholder management skills to gather insights from subject matter experts, collaborate with designers, and ensure content is reviewed and approved on time.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a startup environment.
YOUR PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 2-4 years working experience.
