Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare journal entries and posting
· Communicate with clients, handle queries and request
· Responsible for AR & AP function and monthly reconciliation
· Responsible for progress claim
· Provide day to day assistance, and administrative and audit related activities
· Prepare invoices and credit notes
· Perform simple payroll functions
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing
· GST preparation
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): accounts software - Quick book, basic accounting, Communication Skill, MS Excel and Words
· At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Able to start immediately.
· Able to work independently
