Job Responsibilities:
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Responsible for driving business growth within a company.
- They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or construction management or business related.
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development for construction or building facilities management is a plus.
- Driven and passionate in networking and clinching deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
