Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Coordination and Reporting:
· Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closing processes with Finance Shared Service Centre (FSC).
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
· Prepare and submit financial reports to HQ on monthly basis.
· Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
· Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
2. Implementation and transition:
· Ensure close integration of process designs with finance and business units.
· Ensure processes, accountabilities and responsibilities are clearly defined.
· Review procedure documents and user guides.
· Manage transition and feedback from key stakeholders.
· Define and negotiate service level agreements (SLA) detailing scope and KPI.
· Collaborate with HQ on integration of internal control framework into process design
· Define new allocation of tasks within Finance team
3. Coordination:
· Point of contact for escalation of issues for FSC-related process, monitoring and driving effective resolution.
· Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review service delivery, address issues and align on goals.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive SLA review plan, ensuring timely monitoring against plan and transparent communication on issues.
· Facilitate the integration of new functions / processes into the FSC.
· Support FSC transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process redesigns.
4. Process Compliance and Improvement:
· Ensure processes and end results in compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and standards.
· Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
· Update procedure documents and user guides in accordance to Group accounting guideline, policy and threshold.
· Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
5. Additional Duties:
· Support the implementation of new financial systems or tools.
· Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.
· Provide support for financial operations as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar finance coordination role.
· Proven experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
