Requirements
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
Extensive experience in office design and prior experience as Business Development Manager
Job scope
Develop plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients.
Actively acquire new clients to grow the customer portfolio.
Create tailored proposals for different sectors to enhance client engagement.
Ensure effective communication between clients, designers, and other stakeholders to exceed client expectations.
Develop materials that effectively communicate the company’s offerings and benefits.
Assist in planning events aimed at promoting products/services and expanding market reach.
Take responsibility for achieving and delivering on sales targets.
Ensure all drawings and proposals are completed punctually to support client acquisition.
Assist in various aspects of sales operations to facilitate achievement of targets.
Maintain and enhance relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
