Job Responsibilities:
- A/R - ensuring billings are timely and accurate, follow up regularly with debtors
- A/P - ensuring payment to vendors and employees are in accordance with payment policy, respond to vendor queries timely, generation of commission by detailed checking and validation of sales reports as a basis of calculation of commission
- Cash management such as preparing weekly cash flow report and bank reconciliations
- Reconciliations of interco transactions and balances and assist in preparation of monthly interco confirmations
- Month-end closing process by ensuring general entries are timely entered, reconciliations are performed, sub-ledgers are balance and revaluations are accounted
- Prepare information as required for GST F5 filing and corporate tax return, including but not limited to providing support to tax agents
- Support all audit related matters including preparation of audit schedules, attend to audit queries, provide information required
- Provide support for timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
- Align to the group reporting framework, accounting treatment and fincl analysis for the business as well as operations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or other relevant field(s)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in similar position
- Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP, Million software
- Good communication, team plater and meticulous individual
- Immediate starter highly preferred!
