JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information
- Assist to prepare and manage all forms of communication and correspondence
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Calendar Management
- Travel Management and planning
- Information and Data Management
2. Meeting Coordination
- Organize and schedule meetings and events, including arrangement of venues, preparing agendas and materials
- Minutes taking and ensure timely follow-up on action items
3. Project and Task Management
- Assist on projects and initiatives as assigned
- Track and manage project and task progress and deliverables
- Conduct research and survey
- Any other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business/ Mass Communication or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (require to liaise with chinese speaking stakeholders)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant office software
- Proven organisational and time management skills with attention to details
