Personal Assistant

Moneymax Leasing Pte. Ltd.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Executive Support
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Assist to prepare and manage all forms of communication and correspondence
  • Prepare presentations and reports
  • Calendar Management
  • Travel Management and planning
  • Information and Data Management

2. Meeting Coordination

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events, including arrangement of venues, preparing agendas and materials
  • Minutes taking and ensure timely follow-up on action items

3. Project and Task Management

  • Assist on projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Track and manage project and task progress and deliverables
  • Conduct research and survey
  • Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Business/ Mass Communication or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (require to liaise with chinese speaking stakeholders)
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant office software
  • Proven organisational and time management skills with attention to details
