Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3500 + VB
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm); Saturday (9am to 1pm)
- Location: East (Alps Avenue)
Job Scope:
- Receive shipment pre-alert documents that are being API into the system
- Checking shipment pre-alert documents for discrepancies and identifying high-value shipments that require custom permit declarations
- Coordinating with warehouse staff and vendors to arrange incoming shipments
- Monitoring incoming shipment status and reporting any arrival delays or discrepancies to stakeholders
- Preparing necessary documents for terminal, custom declaration, and clearance for delivery to last-mile vendors
- Working with relevant authorities and partners to ensure smooth terminal, custom clearance, and delivery to last-mile vendors
- Updating shipment status and reporting
- Checking costing and issuing billing
