Job Descriptions:
- Lead a team in designing and delivering high-speed SerDes IPs.
- Conduct the design and simulation of analog circuits with thorough documentation.
- Oversee the layout and backend team to ensure successful physical implementation of IP and timing closure.
- Assist with product testing, debugging, and application.
- Train junior analog designers on effective design practices and detailed documentation.
- More experienced candidates may be considered for a more senior role.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with over 10 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks such as bandgap references, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, and high-speed digital circuits (including serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.).
- Deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design, including experience with high-speed serial circuits using advanced FinFET technology.
- Familiarity with PCIe and related protocols; experience with PCIe5 or PCIe6 is preferred.
- Experience with developing 32G and above or PAM4 SerDes is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in team building and project management.
