1. Work with the Head of Sales at GVIG Singapore to grow the Celblos OEM business and ensure that the business achieves its annual target
2. As part of this mandate, responsible for:
a. Leading the existing OEM business with current clients by locking in regular orders for existing products and pitching for new products to them
b. Bring in new clients for the company through active scouting of leads + using previous industry contacts and knowledge
c. Prepare relevant pitches for the clients and the required product samples for their trial testing
d. Responsible for going though all enquiries related to OEM business received through HubSpot, Google ads etc
e. Work with the marketing team to ensure we send out regular EDMs to the clients + Ensure we have the right online strategy for Google/Hubspot etc
f. Follow up on all new leads and update Head of Sales weekly to target the relevant new clients
g. Continuously work with the R&D and Product development teams to create new product ideas + packaging ideas
h. Stay up-to-date with the OEM industry and beauty/skincare industry to generate relevant strategies and insights for the business
3. To ensure proper sales and production:
a. Work with the sales admin to ensure all PO’s are logged in, and all invoicing is completed on time
b. Work with the production team for OEM production planning
4. Develop complete understanding of all relevant formulations and product details to be able to work well with the clients
5. Work with finance to ensure proper payments On Time in Full for the following: Clients to make payments to Celblos on time.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Business Development. Prior experience in OEM or Beauty/Cosmetics industry will be an advantage
