Responsible for driving the Business Development Strategy, planning and executing the strategy not only to enhance the organisation's current portfolio but also explores new business opportunities to meet the organisational growth plans.
Specifically, you will
- Lead new business ventures and strategize on business ventures approaches and market entries.
- Execute new channel development and business initiatives to improve revenue streams and meet market demands in the areas of, but not limited to, cardiovascular, intervention pulmonology and airway.
- Foster strategic business partner relationships to further the Group’s business objectives
- Drive product and/or product offerings research initiatives to understand and predict future impacts on product offerings, competition, and production
- Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business ventures
- Ensure accurate sales and business-related reports are submitted timely
- Track actual revenue and expenses against the budget, highlight deviations and direct follow up actions to ensure staying on course.
- Drive and oversee regulatory & corporate governance ensuring that control measures are effectively observed while pursuing business growth.
You should ideally possess
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Bio-medical Engineering, or Science in related fields
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in Business Development and/or Sales & Marketing experience in the Medical Sales Pharmaceutical or Nutrition sales
- Network of Cardio and Respiratory and Anaesthetist
