- Supervision of construction of Bukit Timah Integrated Development.
- Supervision of external works.
- Schedule is Oct 2024 to Oct 2028.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience in supervision of Civil & Structural Works including Structural Demolition of Existing Building, Sewer Diversion Works, Bored Piling works, Secant Bored Pile Construction, Reinforced Concrete works, Post Tensioned works, Steel Works, Composite Structure, Bondek construction, Steel Truss Construction.
- Experience in supervision of semi top-down construction, long span POB structure, and post tensioned works.
- Experience in supervision of architectural and M&E works will be an added advantage.
- Possess Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized University and eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board.
- Registered with BCA/IES/ACES as Resident Engineer.
