Responsibilities:
- Able to lead a team of junior designers on a design project to ensure high-quality work and the smooth flow of the whole design process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, propose design concepts, floor plan and layout to match with the requirement.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure all aspects of the project are executed to the highest standard.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage design budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- To review and check drawings, ensuring they meet technical requirements and design vision.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Have 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop Software.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
