Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operation while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
• Review and establish warehouse operations system to streamline and improve processes to achieve efficiency
• Drive & implement continuous improvement on warehouse layout and goods receiving/ issuing and delivery to improve productivity to support the dynamic of business units
• Manage and deploy manpower to achieve productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, adhering and enforcing standards and procedures and complying to legal regulation
• Perform any other job assigned or projects as and when required
Requirements
• Diploma/ Degree in logistics or in supply chain management or warehouse management
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in warehouse operations, system and processes improvements and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge in inventory management, logistics, warehouse and end-to-end inbound and outbound operation
• Positive attitude with progressive mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office
