Job responsibilities:
1.Oversee accounting processes and review the work done by the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
2.Prepare group financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
3.Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
4.Analyse financial performance and prepare reports.
5.Monitor cash flow, managing respective bank facilities and company funds,
6.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures and monitor expenses.
7.Lead and supervise the finance team, assisting with procedures and sound internal controls as well as continuous review and improvement of work processes to provide efficiency to the finance section.
8.Provide support to the management with necessary financial reports and analysis in terms of profitability and efficiency.
9.Maintain an efficient system of policies and procedures.
10.Communicate and liase with external auditors, tax agents ,banks and regulatory authorities.
Job requirements:
1.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field including supervisory experience.
2,Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
3.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and accountancy software.
4.Strong skills and experience in cash management, hedging, group cash optimization.
5.Independent, self-driven with excellent business judgment, analytical and decision-making skills.
6.Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
7.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8.Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
9.Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
