Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and resilient Account Manager to join our team. This role requires managing client accounts for social media and websites, ensuring top-notch service and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple projects under pressure, providing solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts related to social media and website management.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff, to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple accounts, ensuring effective execution and client satisfaction.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to create strategic plans for social media and digital presence that align with their brand goals.
- Analyze current digital strategies and suggest improvements based on market trends and performance metrics.
Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly review analytics and create reports on campaign performance to guide future strategies.
- Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams based on data and trends.
Crisis Management:
- Efficiently handle and resolve client issues that arise, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Adapt swiftly to changes or challenges in project scopes or timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, particularly in digital or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and website management tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to forge strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively in high-demand situations.
- Analytical skills with an attention to detail.
