Job Highlights
Salary: $4000 - $4500 per month
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Location: Nearest to Labrador Park MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- Organise and attend campus partnerships events such as guest lectures, workshops, sponsorship events, networking events, etc.
- Support events logistics, manage publicity materials and work closely with vendors in the procurement of services and goods required for our events
- Coordinate internship selection and technical assessments
- Track, analyse and report on internship selection progression.
- Review recruitment and selection processes and make recommendation on areas for improvement
- Organised and participate in internship engagement activities
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- Experience in campus/events planning and recruitment work is advantageous.
- Strong passion in engaging with students.
