Roles & Responsibilities for HR Scope:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions that Involves from Recruitment until Cessation.
- Should have experience in Job posting and sourcing, arranging interview, releasing Job offers
- Prepare and review employment contracts.
- Manage HR Administrative duties in the areas of work pass (Work permit, Spass, Employment Pass) application, renewal, issuance and cancellation including arranging for repatriation of workers.
- Prepare and conduct staff and worker orientation about Company Policies
- Knowledge in arranging Core trade/multiskilling registration and renewal.
- Other adhoc courses related to the Construction Industry
- Administer employee’s work injury related issues and Group Insurance Policy and Foreign worker medical policy and its claim.
- Strong have knowledge in handling Vehicle and Machinery claims
- Must have knowledge in applying and renewing Company’s Builder/CRS license
- Calculate and verify employee salaries, benefits, and deductions
- Utilise the HR Information System (HRIS) to input, manage, and maintain employee data.
- Manage HRIS post implementation. Analyze, troubleshoot and rectify issues
- Support in monthly CPF submissions, NS claims, government claims, filing of tax submission, and any other payroll-related matter
- Submission of Foreign workers levy waiver application.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports, support all HR related survey
- Attend to MOM / TADM interview and audit
- Closely monitor company headcount to make sure sufficient quota to hire Foreigners
- Manages the Yearly and Mid-year performance appraisal
- Involved in workers' dormitory management
- Handle employee relation issues

Roles & Responsibilites for IT Scope
- Management, monitoring and installation of systems and infrastructure
- Set up new user IT accounts and related matters
- Key liaison with external vendors for installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Maintain security, back up and redundancy strategies
- Practical hands-on experience in Network Devices, Firewall, VPN and Wireless technology
- Administration in Windows Servers and MS Office 365
- Anti-virus, backup and recovery solution
- Provide technical support to service issues and request from staff
- Troubleshooting PC and Network related problems
- Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of operating system, application software and system management tools
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Computer Science related
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant working experience in Construction Industry.
- Experiences in a new set-up company will be plus.
- Good knowledge of local statutory working labour policies and regulations like Compass and Government Claims
- Possesses excellent writing and communicating skills and hands on experience in HRMS software
