In this position as a Account Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the servicing aspects and product portfolio reinsured by client. You will be expected to own, oversee and manage the quality of delivery of all service-related functions – claims quality, claims decisions, customer service delivery and healthcare network providers and responsible for ensuring the delivers against its contracted service level agreements.
You will be involved in training and product support for the appointed Service Partner and involvement in Broker and Agent's roadshows including delivery of presentation content in order to support business growth.
As a Account Servicing Manager, you will control, manage and oversee claims and customer services delivery and manage all Governance Meetings with the Service Partner and ensure that there are no data breaches and that all agreed processes are met by the Service Partner.

- Highly meticulous and detailed oriented
