Job description:
- Develop and implement the schedules for contact centre that meets forecasted requirements.
- Meal and break optimization.
- Planning and plotting for adhoc activities.
- Update headcount movements in various systems.
Job requirements:
- Only Singaporean.
- Minimum GCE O Level & above.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic pivot, v-look up, formulas).
