Job Responsibilities
- Supervise team and manage contractors for maintenance and renovation tasks.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and maintain building records.
- Address tenant feedback and service requests promptly.
- Participate in emergency response and coordinate with external parties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities, or Building Management, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong building management knowledge; certifications in Fire Safety, SCEM, SIC, or ERT are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and people management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Resourceful, systematic problem-solver, able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work beyond standard hours when needed.
