Main Responsibilities:
Sales order processing – payment & pre-registration checking
- Ensure that all information on the agreement is accurate and duly signed
- Ensure number retention or bided numbers are stated accurately and clearly in the registration documents submitted
- Maintenance of all delivery checklist are filed for easy reference
- Submit tax invoices and liaise to respective finance company on matters relating to tax invoices
- Liaise and enquiries on LTA related documents
- Customer's deposit and balance payment posting on system
Purchase order and invoices
- Creation of Purchase order and invoice processing
Sales and Finance Commission/Incentives
- Consolidation and submission of sales commission and incentive(s)
- Ensure sales personnel submit the necessary documentation for sales commission and incentive claims
- Check and verify the accuracy of the amount claimed
- Prepare and tabulate data for sales and finance commission and incentives for sales personnel
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Articulate and fluent in English
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Meticulous, an eye for detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel /Word)
