Reporting directly into the Store Lead, this role of Retail Customer Associate / Executive, will focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health through providing excellent customer service.
What do you do:
You will be taking care of every walking in customer to ensure that their concerns and needs are attended to, with a caring & professional attitude so that the customers will leave the store at ease. You will also assist in taking care of the store (during opening or closing according to your shift) - ensure the store's cleanliness, comfortable environment and check on the products.
Responsibilities :
- Possess experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail, customer service role.
- Able to maintain compassion and remain calm composure under pressure.
- Customer service - oriented with sales focus, always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
- Possess administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases etc).
- A strong and adaptable communicator.
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
- Can understand all in store retail operation and its policy & procedures.
- A hands on, energetic & vibrant person and a team player.
- An accountable personnel who will ensure company assets are intact.
- Able to achieve and exceed KPI's given.
Requirements
- Primary / Secondary School / 'O' Level
- Admin and customer service,Retail Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 1 year experience needed
