Responsibilities
- Lead the bellman and doorman to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure bell carts and luggage racks are in good condition, clean, and properly maintained.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, escort them to their rooms, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Arrange transportation services for guests, including taxis, shuttles, or private car bookings, ensuring punctuality and convenience.
- Assist with any requests, including transportation, dining reservations, and recommendations for local attractions and entertainment.
- Oversee the storage and retrieval of guest luggage, ensuring accurate tracking and handling of baggage to prevent loss or damage.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in hospitality or relevant
- At least 1 year of experience as bellman
- Good teamplayer
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good communciation skill
Other information:
- Working location: Orchard
- Working hours: 5 days work week, rotating shift (including overnight shift)
