- Must be comfortable to work 4 weekdays (2 early weekdays 10am-7pm, 2 late weekdays 12.30pm-9.30pm) and 1 weekend (8am-6pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Curriculum Manager:
- Set the framework for Learning Point Primary English curriculum and pedagogy, ensuring that it is in line with MOE guidelines and delivering a learning experience that is fun, challenging and brings desired results
- Clearly articulate the differentiating factors of the LP Primary English curriculum and ensure they are communicated through the materials and lesson delivery
- Provide leadership in curriculum planning, design, research and innovation
- Stay current with curricular trends and ensure changes in Singapore’s MOE guidelines are promptly integrated into LP curriculum
- Identify and lead a team of writers who will assist in curriculum development, be responsible for the training and development of the writers and ensuring that submission deadlines are met
- Review and identify any learning gaps in students’ learning and develop effective and innovative programmes to bridge the gaps
- Actively scan the internal and external market and develop programmes to provide growth opportunities in expanding LP student population
- Develop Holiday programmes that are innovative and effective, capturing new growth opportunities
- Take on writing curriculum duties for 2-3 levels, on top of overseeing the curriculum team
- Conduct level meetings on a termly basis to communicate curriculum goals with teachers, and to solicit feedback from teachers about enacted lesson outcomes
Teaching Duties
- Deliver quality lessons of up to 5-7 classes per week
- Display strong classroom delivery skills through thorough lesson planning in accordance with methodologies endorsed by the Company
- Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that will enhance students’ learning experience
- Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback and ensure they are returned to students by the next lesson
- Perform required classroom administration responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files etc)
- Be proactive in arranging “catch-ups” for students who missed any lessons when there are no available “make-up” classes for them to join
- Foster good relationships with students’ parents through regular written and/or verbal feedback to parents on the progress of the students as well as solutions/suggestions for parents on how they can partner with you to help the child at home
- Work together with the customer service team to provide all stakeholders with a positive customer experience and strive to minimise the withdrawal rate of classes assigned
- Take on projects and initiatives as directed by the Management team
Job Requirements:
- At least a Degree in English Language, English Literature, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in curriculum planning, development, training and teaching English and creative writing in an enrichment industry in Singapore.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing a curriculum team
- Proficiency in designing various types of assessments, including formative, summative, performance-based, and portfolio assessments.
- Familiar with the primary English MOE syllabus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with other software like Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, with an eye for planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey assessment results and recommendations to educators, administrators, and other stakeholders
